Altim wandered about the market, having already purchased groceries for cooking over the fireplace at home. He had the meat at home, but a basket in his hands contained the vegetables he wanted for the stew. The last thing on his list of necessities was firewood to fuel the flames that would boil his broth and warm him in the cold of night while he turned pages in books about various subjects, some manuscripts collected over the years through deals with scholars and others inherited from his father's collection. His glasses did good for his eyes though, and he soon spotted a cart with wood of all kinds he could purchase. "Um... sir! How much is that wood there?" Daror rose his voice a bit to get the attention of Borgrund, Altim's finger aimed at the log of Mystra innocently as though he didn't know what it was, which he didn't. It looked different from any other log of wood, but he assumed it was probably just a different type of wood than he was used to.
