Basic Background - The most inquisitive and curious of all his kin, Zimnis was fascinated by life and moving things as far back as his memory goes. His fascination with plants, toys, puppets, and other moving things culminated in the magic arts he uses religiously to date - conjuration and illusion. Unfortunately, he grew bored with the scarcity of interesting moving things in his hometown, so he cast away the traditions and customs of his people in order to seek out new and interesting creations as a nomad.
What is your quest? - To entertain, to inspire, and to create the most incredible moving things this world has ever witnessed!
Inventory - Two faceless, strung, wooden puppets, 10 gnomish candies(2 HP+, 2 MP+, 6 homemade), a rough-spun overall outfit and cloak, a pointed hat from his hometown, 10 coins of gold, and a stout walking stave with a super shiny, but relatively worthless crystal at the end. 
Other - Incredibly cheerful and light-hearted. His playfulness and skill with puppetry can pacify or deter onlookers/hostiles.

As far as trinkets go, would it be okay if Zimnis used his wooden puppets to summon and control conjured things, like golems or the like? And, would it be acceptable if some of his candies restored either health or magic? The staff is aesthetic and, despite the picture, he doesn't wear the funny hat.
