I'm not sure about having two sponsor. Yes, my CS lists two sponsors, but my guy is only going to have one at a time. He needs to be Hephaestus's agent to gain access to Circe, but when he's discovered Hephaestus will cancel his sponsorship in order to disavow knowledge of the plan to free Circe. Hecate will pick him up as an agent shortly after that (seconds or minutes) and take credit for the plan, as no one will have a problem with her trying to free her favorite daughter from those conditions. Well, other than Hades.

Your CS doesn't really make it look like you need to be Athena's agent. She could just deal with you often, perhaps as part of an alliance with Ate. Just a suggestion, though.
Also, it seems like she'd have daddy issues, as your dad rejected you after you died.
