I don't mind playing a Mexican commander "bad guy" for background noise. I could go causing trouble/grief/anguish in Northern Mexico, and you guys could optionally come and kill him.

Evarado is the corrupt commander of the 21st Infantry Company of the Mexican Army. He is known as a ruthless individual, putting down rebels with an iron fist. He has been brought to northern Mexico to help bolster the existing military, as it fights against Reyes' Rebels. He is generally despised by the local village people, but is considered an extremely useful asset by Colonel General Ignacio Sanchez. 

I know it's not a listed hideout, but can I have [url=http://reddead.wikia.com/wiki/El_Presidio]Fort El Presidio[/url]? If not I'll choose somewhere else.

EDIT: Thought I'd better clarify. I wanted to have a bunch of Mexican soldiers with me, just a group of faceless cannon fodder. It's okay, I wont God mod, I wont run around killing other peoples characters, I just really want to play from the perspective of one of those many, many bad guys you shoot during the course of the game.
