The Falkland Exchange

Article I. The United Republic shall cede the Falkland Islands and Heligoland to the Kingdom of Prussia 
Article II. In Exchange the Kingdom of Prussia shall cede all territories of Prussian India to the United Republic.
Article III. Both signatories shall recognize the land as under the sovereignty of the respective nations.
Article IV. Signatories will be allowed to maintain a naval and military base in all of the lands ceded regardless of the ownership of said land. No treaty or selling of this land shall be made to the prejudice of this article.
