Physical Appearance: Take the lizard, combine it with a man, and give it some aspects of birds, and you get... well, a lizard person. At 7'3, he is a relatively large and overbearing creature, but can still have difficulty meeting eye to eye with some people on campus. He has dark green, scaly skin with a row of iguana like spikes running down the length of his back, and a near white underbelly. He is very much what you would expect from a lizard man. Henry has four fingered hands and two three toed feet. The claws found on his hands are up to three inches long (only one is that long, and it is his middle finger). His toes are adorned with three inch claws as well, except what would be his big toe (the one closest to his other foot) has a different build to the others and has the ability to raise up, allowing a large six inch sickle claw that is retractable into his toe socket (like that of a raptor's claw, or more commonly, a cat's). Henry also has a very long (a little longer than his height) and very muscular prehensile tail. In fact, this tail in nothing but muscle. Much like common reptiles, this tail is detachable and can be regrown. Unlike that of a chameleons, however, the tail becomes almost crocodilian and is flattened at the end, designed for propulsion in water.

Attire: Henry, more often than not, wears a huge, specially fitted wetsuit that was made for him at his request. He is more often than not getting his own dinner from the ocean, and is constantly diving. He doesn't want to ruin any good clothes he has, and more often than not doesn't want to walk around naked. So, he compromised while keeping in mind his amphibian ability to absorb oxygen from the water around him. So the wetsuit acts like scuba gear for him while he's catching himself food.

Personality

Outward & Innate Personality: Henry is, despite what you might expect from him, and pretty cool guy. He's really laid back and will often share a good laugh if he can. With anything or one, really. He has tried to be the change he wishes to see for the animal meta humans. He's extremely smart, border lining insane. He will often teach chemistry to other students since he has finished his schooling and wants to become a teacher at the academy, so he's used to public speaking. He is hurt when people don't give him the time of day for anything, but one of his character flaws or errors is that he is stubborn and will try to get everyone to like him. It's also this bull headed stubbornness that has gotten him into trouble before in doing things he shouldn't be. He's trusting to most anyone who will let him be, and this can lead to pitfalls later on (or him accidentally marking your incorrect test question correct). For back of a better description, he is a nerd, but he is somewhat cool nerd/king of the nerds. 

Hobbies/Interests: Hunting, fishing, diving, any club he's in, etc. He is currently in the Outdoors club, Science, and Dinner club (associate). He isn't really a cook in the dinner club, but he supplied fresh fish for anyone who wants to make a dish out of it. Henry is an incredibly interesting person overall. He runs a show online that's centered around him essentially taking useless shit and making it into something awesome (he made micro match shooting crossbows and made a huge solar scorcher that directs a beam of sunlight 2000F out of a TV screen, and has made fire out of water, etc). He also has a large social media following and is somewhat famous on Twitter. He is semi-hated and loved on Tumblr for having mixed feeling on "other-kin", as he likes the support but finds textbook kin... stupid.

Skills/Talents: Works as an intern for some of the lab teachers. More often than not, making the tests and grading them, as well as teaching here and there. He aims to become a teacher at the school. He is an excellent diver and explorer, and is licensed to teach several survival skills by the school, and unlicensed to teach others. He's also really good a filleting fish. He is a very capable fighter in physical combat, tearing stuff up with his claws is his specialty. While not necessarily a brawler, he is very good at hit and run tactics and fights like Loki rather than Thor. If he is driven into a corner, he fights like a wild animal and will resort to some... unorthodox tactics that would baffle even the more seasoned fighters, out of instinct for self preservation. He's overall incredibly clever and smart, and has a lot of hidden talents that are incredibly useless (the story of every's life).

History/Bio: 
Henry J. Olin was born in May, 1989.

When he was born, he was average weight, and had a full head of hair and looked like a little old man. He did nothing but scream and shit for three days after that.

And for a while, Henry was a normal boy. He attended normal school, was normal height, and looked like a normal half Japanese boy from a normal upper middle class Canadian family.

Then, when he turned twelve in 7th grade, puberty hit him like a freight train. Unlike most his awkward phase was extremely short. Also unlike most he turned into a huge ass lizard monster.

Yes you read that right.

Within the span of a week he had literally eaten all the food in the house, undergone excruciating pain, and became literally the most pissed off kid you will ever meet. Brooding teenagers have nothing on him. He quite literally nearly took his sister's hand off for trying to swipe away a spare meatball. If this was Oregon trail everyone's diets were set to bare bones for about eights for sheer survival purposes as he literally ate everything (bite makes on the dinner table for evidence). Henry's mother took him to the hospital, and to many forms of therapists and none of which had ever seen something like him before.

Henry was taken out of school, and as he regained control over himself and his body calmed down, he wasn't anywhere near what he was when the transformation began eight days before. Standing at a staggering 6'5 from his previous 4'11, and weighing in at a gaunt 210lbs, Henry was unhealthy, and overall sick, but still much larger and stronger than his own father (Who was about 5'10, 170lbs). His body was still suffering the effects of the chemical changes and metabolism shift from warm blooded to lukewarm. His awkward stage continued for another week or so as his adapted, and gained weight. He ate as much as before, but he wasn't as violent in doing so. Eventually he calmed down over the next two weeks, being a solid 401 lbs. At the weight of 411, he was actually capable of passing urine and passed his first stool since he began the change two and a half weeks before. When school started up again he did online school, and when the 8th grade year ended, Henry was alerted of the Academy 218 after displaying superhuman abilities in terms of feats of strength, speed, stamina, and intelligence. Henry began to become smarter and excelling at work even more so than what his already intelligent parents thought he ever would normally. His parents talked it over, and decided that it would be best for him if he attended, and was sent off to paradise to expand on his power. He hasn't been back to the normal world since. He has been in the Academy for fourteen years and has experienced a great deal in the thirteen years he's been there. He's seen some shit, and he's pretty damned hardened because of it. He would by lying if he said hadn't seen people explode, or kill others in fits of rage or fear. He's been in a lot disasters too, like the shipwreck incident that he survived and helped others survive. He's experienced loss, but he's also experienced love and some of the most beautiful things the world has to offer. He'll post pictures of his diving trips, things he catches, school, power training, etc on his instagram and often talks about his day with friends on instagram. He has essentially managed to stay human despite being a reptilian man. He's made friends, he's joined groups, he's acted, he's flown, he partied, and gone to college and graduated with a 4.0 GPA in the Academy's college, which is one of the hardest in the world. Then, he went back for more and got his doctrine degree in Chemistry, and then became a teacher at the school.

Henry's lived a good life, and has made the best of the situation and the card's he's been dealt. He's become a great man. His older sister is getting married soon, and if all goes well he'll be taking leave from the campus for the first time in over a decade to attend the wedding. He's looking forward to seeing his family again over more than just Skype calls or face time videos.

And that leads him to where he is today.

Family: He's got two parents and two sisters (one is twenty-seven, one is nineteen) who care very deeply for him. He sometimes gets letters from them and will send post cards, trinkets, pictures, and more back to them.

General:
Henry is a large, and very, very physically strong meta human. While not as strong as those with super strength, he is capable of taking on large animals that outweigh him and may even be taller (such as a large bear) and winning. While not armored like a crocodile, his skin is still fairly tough and leathery, more so than a humans at least, and his scales are very much like that of a sharks, almost like backwards facing teeth that reduce drag in the water and make his skin fairly rough or sharp when dragging your hand across it the wrong way. He is a very agile creature by nature, flexible, acrobatic almost. He is able to bend and jump and move from place to pace at an incredible pace, his reptilian body being very good at navigating aquatic and forest areas. His senses are very well tuned and more power than any humans. He has a regenerative healing factor that allows him to regrow full limbs if they are lost, not just his tail. Although, this takes a lot of time, and a lot of energy and bodily resources.

Henry has most of the abilities of amphibians, lizards, snakes, and birds. A bacteria infested bite, claws, a nasty set of triple rowed teeth (some shark like, others more crocodilian), regenerative properties (able to regenerate limbs after a while), a very powerful form color change (Not invisibility, but damn close), and some other weird things thrown in there. It has been said that he potentially has the ability to shift to the female gender and then back to male, although this is largely unknown as nobody wants to go up to him and say "Hey, become a girl!" because he probably doesn't know how exactly to do that (and it's not like they know what he looks like besides hearing his voice). He also has the ability to breath in water through his skin like a frog, and... well, in another way which he nor I want to discuss. You want to know how? Look up how Irwin's turtles do it. He also has the ability to crawl around on walls like that of Spiderman, due to the fact his hands and feet have little hairs on their soles, like that of a Gecko's, allowing him to stick to most substances with great ease. Henry has a very powerful set of senses (hearing, sight, and smell, etc). Especially smell. He has two ways of smelling the air, which is through his noes and then through his tongue like a snake. Also like a snake, he has two pits right in front of his eyes that allow him to heat seek like a viper. His blood also has displayed a much lower pH than that of regular blood, making it unsurvivable for most diseases, and will denature protein based compounds such as venom to the point where they function at a less potent effect, or simply do not function at all depending on the lethality of the venom. Henry also has an incredible ability to alter his biological strengths and weaknesses over the duration of a battle or effect. He can become stronger at the cost of agility and speed, or fast at the cost of strength, more observant, more emotionally driven, tougher, etc at the cost of various other strengths. This ability is mentally driven, and can be changed several times at will if he desires, making his fighting style neigh impossible to read at times.

Weaknesses/Limitations/Drawbacks: 
Cold, and internal bleeding. Internal bleeding is also a big issue because while his insides are acid resistant, if he begins to bleed in more sensitive areas he can have a VERY bad time. While he can bounce back from this like he can most things, it is extremely painful and can put him out of the battle in no time flat. While he is a reptile, and he thrives in heat, he has little to no resistances to energy or ranged attacks. Things like fire, and lasers are very effective against him and he has very few options in fighting back against attacks like these. He will choose to hide over fight any day since, while he is very dangerous and a heavy hitter, he is not meant to be in combat for large amounts of times. Unlike some super strong metas, he lacks durability and, while able to bounce back from most wounds within a week or so, can be put out of a fight with a few well placed shots if fighting physically, if you can get passed his offenses. Blunt force weaponry is especially effective because his bones aren't much stronger than that of a humans (and some are weaker in some areas, like his wishbone). So if you have a big heavy stick, or a led pipe, it will be pretty effective in just swinging it around. Knives aren't very effective at all, but swords can hurt a lot. His regenerative abilities are entirely dependent on how much food and resources he can get into his body to make the new limb again. His body cannot just regrow things. It takes time and energy, and during this time, while the wound might be closed and healing, it is still painful and the process can be put on hold if he cannot find food. While it's not that hard to hunt and gather, if he is kept from doing that his limb wont grow back until he does get the resources necessary. While he might be able to recover from most conventional damage after some time (even some shots to the head he can bounce back from), his body is still weak to effect damage such as starvation, dehydration (which is a big problem in such a hot environment), overheating, etc. His ability to manipulate his biology and strengths and weaknesses is purely mentally driven. He has to think about it and that can be distracting. It can also take time, and energy. While the efficiency and amount of time needed can be minimized with training, it requires a lot of training. He doesn't really know how to do it, only that he knows he CAN do it. He has to learn what causes the phenomenon, and how to tap into that. It's not an instinct either, it doesn't just happen like some of his reflexes. It will require a lot of ass kicking in the name of training (with his ass being kicked most of the time).

Other: Henry has been in the academy for thirteen years (Over half his life), and knows his way around campus and outside of it. If you want to have some exploring done, ask him to be your guide. Because he is an intern he has some (but a minuscule amount) of pull with the teachers and administration and can potentially get permission to go on small expeditions.
