Thank you! PM me when your rp is up! I might go MIA for a few days bc of vacation stuff but I should be back in a few days though I won't be online as much bc of school My charries:
Name: Caroline Burke Species: human though she will be turned to vamp or thrall later on Bio: Caroline has never gone beyond 5 kilometers of Ispwich Village. As a child, she worked in Kingsley Manor for a short period of time, so she's familiar with all the myths and sayings about the basement, though she never witnessed anything unusual. She lives a simple but joyful life. She was the youngest out of four other siblings, who have long left their small town to pursue bigger dreams. Even her parents moved to London, but Caroline stayed in Ispwich with her uncle, who was the baker. His death was sudden and jarring, and after he was run over by an out of control carriage, Caroline inherited the bakery-technically, it belonged to her oldest brother, but since he was never around, and he couldn't bear to sell it, he turned over the running of the bakery to Caroline. She loved every second of it, as baking had been a passion of hers for years. Caroline lives alone in a small cottage in front of the inn and next to the bakery. As far as the superstitions go, Caroline is just a liiiittle paranoid. Lately, newcomers have been invading the village and they don't hold the same beliefs as those native to the town do-especially on the subject of vampires. Nights have gotten more rowdy, and Caroline doesn't know if she likes it or not. For the record, Caroline absolutely refuses to go out after dark unless there's some kind of emergency that really can't wait until sunrise. Yes, she knows it's childish. Yes, she knows that vampires don't exist, and neither do ghosts, werewolves, goblins, and the like. But a little nagging feeling consistently follows her around if she even steps foot outdoors while it's dark, and the tiniest of shivers runs down her spine whenever a loud noise percolates through the still night air. Personality: Caroline is fairly sociable and has a close group of friends. She is welcoming to newcomers and is more than willing to help a friend in need. She is constantly smiling and there's always a sunny sparkle in her eye. She absolutely adores the bakery and her cosy little cottage right by it. Though she doesn't earn very much, she is grateful that she actually has food to eat-unlike some of the people in the village. Caroline is a mellow, go-with-the-flow kind of person. She doesn't like instigating fights; in fact, she can't stand it when two people are arguing, especially if they're people she's close to. Caroline also can't keep a secret. If things get too awkwardly silet, Caroline's incessant chatter will fill up the void, and she can't help it if there's a juicy piece of information that she just HAS to share! However, if it's something more serious and more personal, she will by all means stay quiet about it. There is nothing she hates more than hurting someone in any way, shape, or form. Caroline would much rather observe the simple pleasures of life like the pretty wildflowers that spring up every year or the heavy blankets of snow that give the village a comfortable winter feel than gripe and complain about things she doesn't have. To her, life is meant to be appreciated and enjoyed, not to be wasted on longing for luxuries and comforts that will never come into your possession. She knows she doesn't want to live in London; for what beauty could ever compare to the clear summer sky with the birds chirping merrily and the flowers vivid and bursting with life? Or to the evergreen trees dusted with a fine powder every December, the whole world filled with swirling snowflakes? And nothing, nothing will ever compare to that first bite of a rich, chocolate cake topped with fresh strawberries. That being said, the paranoid side of Caroline rarely shows up. Only when the night is pitch black and the flickering flames of her fire stove do little to cast light on her surroundings does Caroline feel the hairs stand up on the back of her neck, when she feels a pit of dread settle into her stomach and she huddles closer to the flames, grateful that she isn't outside amongst the beasts that may just possibly roam the darkness... (just a heads up: after she is turned into a vamp/thrall her personality will change a bit) Appearance: Caroline is a petite woman, standing at a mere 5 feet. She is a brunette, with caramel colored ringlets that reach the bottom of her shoulderblades. She has grey-green eyes, and they're always twinkling happily. Optimism should be her middle name. Caroline has small hands and feet, though her hands are rough and calloused from years of first working in Kingsley Manor then helping her uncle run the bakery and finally taking over managing the bakery herself. Caroline is a scrawny twig, all bones and sharp edges. She envies well-endowed women with shapely hips and curvy figures, but she never lets jealousy take control when interacting with others. To an outsider, the frail woman looks like she could be blown away with a strong enough gust of wind. Powers (vamps only, max of 2 other than the default super speed and super strength, and a rating 1-10): healing-7, super strength-2, super speed-5 Age: 25 Other: if you want to make the vamp that turns caroline into a vampire or thrall, please say so

Name: Greta Vasquez Species (vamp, human, thrall, or human hunter): vampire Bio: Greta was born in the early 1500s, towards the beginning of Queen Joanna's reign. She lived in a small Spanish town her whole life, though at the age of sixteen, she married a man named Philip and moved to Toledo, Spain. She gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl in Toledo. There they lived a merry life, though a simple one. Philip made enough money so that his family could put food on the table and afford a few luxuries, and Greta enjoyed caring for her two children. One night, while the whole family was enjoying the balmy air outdoors, a band of gypsies came through, singing and dancing and in general putting on a display of merriment. This, however, was illegal. As soon as the guards of Juana la Loca arrived on the scene, the group dispersed and people went running. Anyone caught watching the gypsies was also subject to punishment. Greta and Philip began ushering their children back into their house when a guard came and arrested Philip. Greta was crushed. As she wandered the streets in a daze, a rogue vampire found her and fed from her, unknowingly turning her into a vampire when he left her for dead in a deserted alleyway. When she woke up, it was daytime and there was a pounding in her head. She almost killed herself by stepping into the sunlight, jumping back just in time into the shade of an old building. She waited until nightfall, pushing an irrational hunger for blood out of her head before she returned home only to find her children had been taken away to who-knows-where. Penniless and devoid of all familial ties, Greta fled. She didn't stop running until she reached London, where a group of people who were just like her welcomed her with open arms. For the most part, Greta lives a normal life. She works as a barmaid in a tavern of questionable beginnings to avoid going out during the day. Even though her job pays next to nothing, one of Greta's vampire friends lets Greta live in her luxurious townhouse and provides daily dosages of blood. Greta has seen her share of respectable vampires slain by a stake, and it was fairly easy to convince herself to join the vampires attacking Kingsley Manor. Greta and her friend Stella (an NPC) both arrived in Ispwich Village a few days before start of RP. Personality: Greta usually keeps to herself, though if you strike up a conversation with her you'd find out she is a gentle, easygoing person. She enjoys cooking and chatting with close friends. Greta is very sincere, and she will rarely try to hide anything from others or manipulate them into doing something they normally wouldn't approve of. To her, being to make your own choices without any outside influences clouding your judgement is extremely important. At a first glance, Greta can appear stand-offish and distant, only because she won't butt into other people's lives and she tends to mind her own business. Calling Greta nosy is like calling Antarctica scorching hot; it is an absolutely false statement. Greta is rather perceptive when it comes to people, but she refuse to use that trait to her advantage-most of the time. Greta likes to take things one step at a time, one foot in front of the other. Breathe in, breathe out. Everything has a rhythm, and all you gotta do is follow it, according to her. She doesn't adapt to change very well and is a bit reliant on Stella, as Greta doesn't have any powers that can pack a punch in a fight. That being said, Greta hates instigating conflict and would go many lengths to keep the peace. She is levelheaded and tries to see both points of view, which is why she was a bit reluctant to help stage an attack against the hunters. However, at the end of the day, Greta is loyal to the vampires who took her in after she fled Toledo and when it boils down to it, Greta would rather help the vampires than do nothing at all. Appearance: Greta has tanned skin and hair as black as night. Her hair is thick and wavy, falling down to the small of her back-though she plans on hacking off at least half of it. She usually ties it back or keeps it in a long braid. Greta has dark chocolate eyes and long lashes and rather thin lips that possess a dark maroon hue. She has shapely hips and a thin waist, giving her an attractive hourglass figure, despite her rather small breasts. Greta has a heart-shaped face and large eyes and a small nose. She is about 5'5" and doesn't appear too thin or too fat. Powers (vamps only, max of 2 other than the default super speed and super strength, and a rating 1-10): super strength-6, super speed-7, finding people's "shatterpoint"-8, clairvoyance-8 Age: about 325ish Other: n/a

Name: Alexander "Alex" Moriaty Species (vamp, human, thrall, or human hunter): hunter Bio: Alex has just recently been recruited to Kingsley Manor to defend the base. He has never set foot in Ispwich Village before this. Alex was born in London, and his family was among one of the few hunter families who risked operating in close proximity of the vampires. It has been a goal of Alex's to claim London for the hunters and to drive the vampires out. Alex grew up in a well-to-do household, with plenty of space to train and prepare for the risky life of a hunter. His mother stayed at home and taught him and his two sisters on the ways of the hunter, while his father worked as a lawyer. Alex was the only person from the Moriaty family who was called to Kingsley Manor. Alex is alright for a hunter; he isn't too atrocious at his job, but he isn't spectacular either, so it came as a surprise for all of them, especially his older sister Margaret. Margaret was an extraordinary hunter, but she was needed on the front lines, so she remained in London with their family. So, Alex journeyed to Ispwich Village, and he is a bit anxious on what the next few months will yield... Personality: Alex is diligent and driven, an extremely determined individual. He is bent on claiming London for the hunters, as he's seen and experienced his fair share of horror stories regarding the vampires in the streets of London. He plans to corner them to the Atlantic Ocean, if it was possible. Alex is very ambitious and isn't afriad of a challenge, so he can be a bit reckless at times. He is a bit competitive, and is quick to action without thinking. Alex is a hothead and headstrong, and if he sets his mind on something then he'll do it-often without regard to any potential consequences. He is always striving to be the best, which is why Margaret's seemingly superior abilites always angered him. Appearance: Alex is a muscular boy, though one of average height. He has tanned skin and light brown hair which he keeps cropped short. Alex has brown eyes that can never seem to hide anything, one reason why Margaret had an advantage over him-she had learned to keep a steady poker face. Alex has no facial hair and bushy eyebrows that draw together in a fuzzy caterpillar when he's angry, which is often. Powers (vamps only, max of 2 other than the default super speed and super strength, and a rating 1-10): n/a Age: 17 Other: n/a

(npc) Name: John Carpenter Species: human Powers: n/a Short short short bio: John is a thirty year old man who is a carpenter in Ispwich village. John has a wife and one kid One sentence for personality: John is reserved and hardworking, shouldering the responsibility of keeping food on the table for his family. In his free time, he likes to drink a little bit of beer and he occasionally spends soem time at the bar Appearance: tallish, lanky, with brown hair and a face of stubble (npc 2) Name: Stella Havisham Species: vamp Powers: super speed-8, super strength-9, shapeshifting into any animal that she has knowledge of-7, invisibility-6 Short short short bio: Stella lived her whole life, both as a human and as a vamp, in England. She is a promiment figure in vampire society and is bent on destroying the hunters. She is approaching 400 years old One sentence for personality: Stella is cold and manipulative, though Greta holds a special soft spot in her heart. She isn't as amoral as other vampires, but she definitely isn't a kind woman Appearance: fair skin, plump red lips, and emerald green eyes with blond hair that falls down to her ribcage. she was turned as a teenager, so she looks young and has a bit of that gangly look associated with them
Will finish later
