Ah I'm glad I didn't cause offence by bludgeoning you with my thoughts. I know how it annoying it is when you work hard to do something, then some dude is like "We'll that's all well and good BUT HAVE YOU CONSIDERED BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH" 

Well what you've said seems more than feasible for me. 

Maybe have us do some partisan activities, like taking out Russian AA networks and allowing American planes to roll in and blow stuff the HELL UP. That'd be fun.

Either way, how many players do you think we'll need?
