One of the problems is a decent number of her prominent defenders in the community already stuck it to her apparently.

Personally I did not care about this at all until sites for charities started getting taken down, my initial 5 seconds of research showed Zoe to be a drama queen and when I saw a 4chan board on the other side of the debate figured this was all just internet drama and gave it a pass.

edit: I still do not particularly care but recent events made me look into it and do actual research to figure out what the hell was going on.
