Austria-Hungary will send Army officers to help in the training of the British Army. In exchange, the United Republic of Great Britain and Ireland will send Navy officers to help in the training of the Austria-Hungarian Navy. [b]Article 2:[/b] The signatories agree to promote a state of prolonged friendly relations between the two. Should hostilities arise again, the signatories agree to pursue a peaceful, diplomatic solution and refrain from the use of threats or military force.
