I had a group of Asians come up to me and was like
‘oooo…soooo pretty. Photo?’
I was like, ‘sure I guess’
Takes photo
One of the ones next to me is like ‘thank you, thank you’
 And strokes her own face and asks, ‘may I?’
I tilt my head to the side like huh.
My boyfriend is says, ‘I think she wants to touch your face…’
I go, ‘ohhhhhhhh…. Ummmm…. Okay,’ nods
She like grazes my face and then says, ‘awe soooo pretty…. Thank you thank you…
And then they all giggled…
And I was like, ‘bye, bye now’

To be honest.. I’ve never really thought about it.. 
To me a carnival is a carnival. 
But Mr. Seil is known for doing spur of the moment things so..
I’d say any major holidays would have to be acknowledged though
