Eugene has about half his profile up, I have to redo his history and type up his personality. He will likely not be well loved, seeing as he's a bit of a smartass and a loser, hahaha. Also he talks about history. A lot. And he's constantly confused about everything, so he's not particularly useful to the people that are like "rah rah we're superheroes let's focking goooo m8 fite me irl" and he's like "welllll let's talk about this first".
