Like, what are the extent of his powers? What type are his weapons? Bullets, energy? 

Also flesh out his personality a little more and his backstory. Like what was his childhood was like, how well he did at the academy and why he joined? Why did his uncle push for him to go on such a dangerous assignment knowing well that he might not make it back?
