[b]Bio:[/b] James was born in a city in New York, where he also spend majority of his childhood. There he became accustomed to the city life, though he never really enjoyed it. However, he moved to West Virginia and studied there in his early twenties. His desire for a job in law enforcement came from the unusually large amount of crimes he saw and experienced in his early years. After James officially became an officer, he moved once again to Fredrick Point, since it was the closest place with a job opening. There, he settled down and even got married, though the marriage wasn't successful by any means. This resulted in a recent divorce with his wife, and caused him to stop talking about his personal life and instead, focusing on his job more.
