Ah, Takeshi hadn't known all about the energy hitting the city. They had sensed some kind of energy while back at the house but no one was quite sure what it had been. Since there was no apparent repercussion to the energy, save that massive tree sprouting, they hadn't really looked into it either. Maybe they ought to when they went back, just to make sure nothing was really wrong. "Gentle with the planet's energy, huh? Well... I've kind of blown big holes in a lot of planets so..." he mumbled, grinning sheepishly, "I guess I haven't been the most gentle." He'd never put stock into believing a planet could feel things, but apparently they could, according to T'charrl. Even before he changed their friend was supposed to be attuned with his own world, and probably every world they had visited since. Takeshi wasn't sure how he felt about that, if he'd want to have such a talent. It might get annoying, having the entire world's consciousness speaking to you, or however this power worked. Plus there were a ton of places that would probably cuss him out til there was no tomorrow for what he'd done to some of them. Yeah... T'charrl could keep that ability. The ship being in view was the biggest reprieve all day, Takeshi could already feel the cool air inside its walls. Much as he was tempted to just go inside and relax they did have some business to see to first. First they would find something to help Shu's feet, then see if T'charrl could be helped before going back out. They needed the time anyways to figure out exactly what plan they were going with, running in fists flying was a far cry from a strategy. Under the shade of the ship the older boy finally set Shu back on his own feet, sighing contently at being out of the heat of the sun at last. "Of course we'll be fine, probably," Takeshi answered, smiling as he ran a hand through his hair to knock out sand. "They shot Viral with them and they didn't do a whole lot, so I doubt it'll be any different for us. Besides, we're all fast enough to dodge blasts anyways, so we don't even have to worry." The knives were the same way, or whatever bladed weapons the Shaharians might use. So long as they weren't taken by surprise it would be easy to avoid and restrain their attackers. Making a move over towards the panel for the door he stopped in his spot, glancing over his shoulder at T'charrl. "Of c-course I can use it!" Takeshi retorted, turning around and placing his hands on his hips testily. "Just because Viral hasn't trained me doesn't mean I haven't practiced! Just you wait, I'll show you how I can use it!" Having to get the ship opened up from the inside was a bit of a pain, but thankfully it didn't take that long. Soon as the doors to the hangar had parted the trio hurried into the shelter of the ship, more than happy to be out of the sun and wind. Breathing a sigh of relief Takeshi pulled back his hood, giving it a shaking as well as the rest of his cloak to knock loose any sand. "Yeah, you and me both, T'charrl..." he mumbled, frowning as he gave his clothing a dusting off too. Right, so first things first, they needed to make sure everyone was good to go again. Turning around and seeing the Kaesstrian on the floor and Shu's feet still tender he pretty much figured they were going to need a few moments. Luckily for them there was a small medical bay in the hangar for emergencies, so there was something to help them here. Takeshi looked around to reacquaint himself with the area, spotting the red container on the wall by the control room. Hurrying on over he undid the clasp and threw open the door, finding a bit of disinfectant, some bandages and a bit of medical tape inside. The best they could probably do for now was bandage Shu's feet up, he could soak them in some healing solution later. "So we've got bandages down here, but there's no water," Takeshi said, stopping between his friend and brother. "If you two are half as thirsty as I am then we need some water. So how about we get patched up, get a drink and take a break, then head out?" It wasn't as though they had to leave this minute, their unsuspecting targets wouldn't be going anywhere. They could probably even take an hour if they wanted, albeit the Saiyan was keen on getting off this atrociously dry planet as soon as possible. Nothing like a perpetual sandstorm to really kill the mood. "Shu, get on your butt so I can fix your feet. I'm thinking we should get you a pair of boots too, just to be safe. As for you..." Takeshi looked in T'charrl's direction, trying to figure out exactly what was wrong with him. There had to be something, his kind were built for this sort of world even less than Saiyans were, and both he and Shu were pretty miserable right now. "What's hurting? I'll try finding something to help it."
