Not exactly. Questions about the site in general are also okay. This can be viewed as a sort of "ask the mods" section, so any questions that you'd pose to them could be put here without any problems.

However, Genkai is right in saying that if you want a wider discussion on the topic then Roleplay Discussion would be better. That section is more like "ask the community," to put it in perspective.
