Seconds things second: Would anyone be opposed to me making a character? I'm not sure if you are in the middle of a crucial arc or something, so if there is a more opportune in the future, then do inform me and I'll wait it out, as it were.

Currently, I'm looking at the Twelfth division's Lieutenant. If captains were possible, I'd hover between crafting a Ninth division captain or a Forth division one.
