I finished up my associate's degree and I am about to head to UC Santa Cruz in 3 weeks. I'll be living right by the ocean! Can't wait.Just packing up, cleaning up, getting shit together than I need. Summer has been hit and miss. Topsy turvy with social stuff, but then fun and relaxing (much needed break), and change in the wind! How's school been going this past year?
That is exciting! I wish I still lived by the ocean! You'll definitely love it. School is okay? Most days I don't really want to be here anymore for several reasons but one of them is that I got a job at Target as a team leader in training. Which is basically just a fancy way of saying I'm not quite entry-level but not really at supervisory level. So I've been making good money even was able to put a reasonable down payment on a 2014 Chevy, so I have a brand new car. But school interferes with my ability to work since I have class five days a week. So I can only work very limited hours m-f and pretty much won't have a weekend off for the next several months. But luckily I'm able to pay my car payment, my part of the insurance (I split with my dad) and make rent on my new apartment. The only thing I can't seem to afford is eating haha. But the good news is, I may be able to finish my bachelors in three years rather than four. (Just found that out) So I could be in grad school by the time I'm 20.
