I probably should have elaborated a bit more. I was referring to the [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dreyse_needle_gun]Dreyse needle-gun[/url], or something akin to it. I was hoping to have Hetteland pioneer the development of something like this in recent history, if no-one has any issue with that. It'd be a relatively widespread idea by now, I imagine, though not too common in the flesh.
