Oh, I wasn't referring to Diabolus as far as buffs. He's leaps and bound more powerful than Ahven is. It would be one of the smaller characters that would need buffs to take on several superhuman opponents at once. If we fought Diabolus he'd be just fine as is, and maybe a little too much anyway.
