Cassandra sighed softly, sitting back down and picking up her book. "You really think a teacher is coming?" She said, surprising herself by sounding amused. She contemplated that for a few seconds, then shrugged, "it's been what? Two hours? I'm sure a teacher would have been here already, if they were coming. We've proven we can look after our selves, right? But other students might not be able to, so...my guess is that they are there, protecting others" she said, shrugging once more and then immersing herself into her book again. Sometimes Cassandra wished she thought before she spoke. This wasn't one of those times. She didn't think she was being mean or rude, nor did she mean to be. She was simply stating the obvious. She sighed, setting her book aside and looking over to Lilly, "what are you reading?" She asked --- Oliva had stopped outside the room, but stopped herself from knocking as she heard the group talking. She hesitated, wondering if it would be good or bad to not knock. She listened for a time, before making her decision. She didn't knock, and instead, she backed away from the door, heading down the corridor, stopping as Simon appeared. She discussed with the big man what she had decided, and Simon nodded, agreeing, and oddly, smiling.
