Suddenly, the sleeping dress started to feel heavy and warm all around her body. The man that was trying to get intimate with her slowly disappeared and Allison found herself alone in Vincent’s cabin again. “Huh..” She said softly, pushing herself up but feeling she could not budge from the ground. A while ago the ground felt cold and hard against her back, but it now had transformed to a soft, fluffy consistency, hugging her back. A soft voice called out to her, it seemed. ”You’re alright..” It was a low voice, from a man. But before she could panic and think about the other man whom had tried to rape her a while ago, she felt a soft stroke down her cheek. Her entire body now felt pressed against something, and she slowly woke up from her slumber. Tears still ran down her cheeks when her arms calmed down and grasped down Vincent’s shirt. With a sob Allison pressed her face against his shoulder and continued crying for a while longer. The nightmare had felt so real, as if it was really happening. And she never had been so scared in her entire life. Being raped was probably her only fear on this ship, and by the looks of it, many crewmembers thought about doing so. After a few minutes she then realized it was Vincent whom was comforting her, holding her softly and whispering she was alright. Although she wanted to push him away in horror and she wanted to scream her lungs out for him touching her again, she had no energy to do so. The nightmare had drained every last bit of what she had, and now she felt useless and limb. Slowly, she lifted her head, and looked up at Vincent. Her fingers were still grasping at his shirt, but soon fell limb on the blankets. It was quite dark in the room, but she could still see his eyes. “I-I’m scared..” Allison then squeaked through her tears, pressing her forehead against his protective hug. At this point she did not care if he was holding her. She needed this comfort. She felt alone in this foreign ship, nobody that understood her, no place to call her own, and no explanation from her father why he’d let her go so easily. The whole situation frightened her, and it showed through her dreams.
