The roleplay will begin on October 20, 2077. How we operate after the Great War begins is a plot piece that will be revealed when we arrive there -- don't worry, it's been considered. I will repeat again though, live today with your characters. Do not project too much into the future, get into their minds amidst all the chaos this setting already involves rather than the dramas you expect to come. We will begin the game on Monday, September 8th. Get ready! Applications will still be reviewed and, if they impress, accepted on a case by case basis. Leos Klein: Max definitely seems like an interesting character already. I didn't expect a politician, let alone a foreign one, so it's a nice surprise from the start. I enjoy the balance between someone intelligent and charismatic with aspects of a narcissistic, jaded soul. The type who'd coldly pull the trigger, but could not possible lift a fist to defend themselves. It will be nice to see this person give the perspective of one who would never be on the front line, yet feels entitled enough to declare what is and is not a worthwhile sacrifice. I guess I am drawn to this one because he is a character that would be enjoyable to play and also entirely enjoyable to dislike. He's accepted. Nyther: I truly have no idea why Wyoming is a wasteland. Is this meant to be in connection to the New Plague that spread throughout Colorado after 2055? There is not too much here about your character except for their being alone, and since the setting you described is rather confusing, I cannot accept this application. Feel free to make edits and alert me to re-review it though. ZombieDude: Short, you need to finish this because the personality is already winning me over. I want to see the background to the character you've described here, but from the mentality alone, I know I want this here. Give me a solid background. Also, I'm surprised you're doing the middle ground approach with stats. Not a problem, just surprised. Acceptance Pending. Uffizi: Sounds like a sinister sort with a glass jaw. With how much history this character has in the first 14 years of their life, it edges on unbelievable, but this is fiction at the end of the day and I wouldn't say it's exactly unheard of with that in mind. Be mindful of your character's weaknesses as they will be taken seriously -- especially true for somebody who gambles with more than just money but can't take much abuse. That said, Icarcai is accepted. Maenguin: Are you sure it's Otto Sommer and not this guy? In all seriousness, you take the low charisma seriously -- old school Fallout seriously, apparently. I don't mind it, of course, but I do hope he can talk to some degree. Anyway, your character is a simple brute with loose morals that top him from going 'too far', a definition that seems different for him than it may be to others. Not a bad character type at all and the background fits it. What gets me is that this guy seems completely unaffected by the world around him. That is to say, I'm not sure if the setting has effect on him given the background. Apparently he is doing just fine despite food and fuel shortages. This isn't a make or break, but I am raising my brow. Marv -- I mean Otto, is accepted.
