[b]Physical Appearance:[/b] Sylvia looks like a very youthful teen. She has a plain appearance more than anything, but people can call her pretty. With her heart shaped head and rather round and youthful facial features. The top of her head is wider than the bottom, with her chin being near pointy. She has rather fat and rounded cheeks, not to the point they're disproportionate to the rest of her face. Along with pointed ears, a small and angular chin, rather large and creepy blue eyes, and freckles plastering her face, she's not too bad looking. Sylvia's body isn't very intimidating, she's a small scrawny fuck that doesn't look like she has lifted anything heavy in her life. Her arms and legs are longer, and make up most of Sylvia's height. She has a slightly pale complexion, but nothing nobody would really notice. She has a few scars on her being, but they're centered around her kneecap area. Sylvia's expression is usually sleepy, or bored, or a cheeky smile. Sylvia's hair is dyed a bright, and pronounced, silver color. Her hair is straight, and usually kept very clean, it's kept in a long-straight style, and her hair is long enough to go down to her back.

[b]Attire:[/b] Sylvia likes to dress herself like a stylish musician, or an artiste. Her styles tend to stand out from each other. One day she's dressing like a country singer, the next day she's gussied up like a rapper, and the next day, she's dressed up like a punk or a rave girl. That said, Sylvia isn't too picky when it comes to outfits, long as it looks good, and she stands out. Regardless of what she's wearing, Sylvia is constantly seen with an bass guitar on her back. This guitar has been painted (By herself) black and white. This guitar is very stylized with plenty of stickers and writings on it. Sometimes she's seen walking around with the case instead of it strapped around her back. Often enough, Sylvia is seen wearing pink Dre-Beats headphones over her ears with a wire attached to an iPod.

[b][u]Personality[/u][/b]

[b]Outward & Innate Personality:[/b] Sylvia is a great example of a parent giving their child too much freedom. Very carefree, and fun loving, but at the same time, very rude, abrasive, impulsive and foul mouthed. Sylvia speaks with a crude attitude, constantly placing profanities into her speech, and hurling insults at people for fun. When Sylvia speaks, she wants to be heard, not ignored like the rest of the world. She tries to be the cool person in a pack, and tries rather hard to look the park. Sarcastic comments, forced nonchalance, and etc. She's rather arrogant, and just sees some people as below her - Once they're below her, they're not even worth her time. Usually, Sylvia carries herself with a surprising amount of nonchalance, she rarely gets angry, but when she does, shit gets heated. Sylvia handles confrontations with a surprising amount of nonchalance, she'll brush threats off like they're nothing, or ignore them entirely (Mocking them by humming a song). When she does fight, she fights using sheer overwhelming attacks and speed, not tactics or skill. She is quite impulsive, the moments where she actually thinks something through are rare. She makes fun of people and constantly make jabs at them for even the slightest failure or misstep. Sylvia is a fan of more illicit activities. She loves to drink alcohol, and loves to party with boys. Her love of alcohol is only second to her love of music. When someone brings up a kind of song she likes, she gets more energetic than a preteen on crack. Sylvia does warm up to people quite fast, and deep down, she does care about the well being of others. Which is why when they're in danger she'll be the first to go help them.

[b]Skills/Talents:[/b] Sylvia is a natural born DJ, even at a young age she's capable of using DJ'ing equipment. She's also skilled in a few instruments (guitars, violins, pianos, etc). Her specialty is the Guitar. For her age she also has a bit of knowledge of free running and can sprint pretty fast. Sylvia was also called a super good dancer. She also has an amazing singing voice.

[b][u]Abilities[/u][/b]

[b]Power:[/b] [i]Sound Manipulation.[/i] Sylvia has the power to control the Audio-Spectrum. Much like her previous incarnations, she has Sound Manipulation. Sylvia can alter sound at will to mimic, intensify, hush, and distort, as well warp, strengthen, echo, speed up, and slow down sound. She can easily do this just by thinking about changing the sound the way she wants to and focusing a bit. The usual, her specialty with this ability to change the volume of sound and mimic voices. She can use this power to turn heartbeats into footsteps, and make a needle dropping loud as a jet engine. Sylvia has quite a bit of versatility with this power, with a wide range of noncombat uses, in addition to everything she could to tear someone's hearing to pieces. When she uses Sound Manipulation, the air will get blurry around the location where she's using Sound Manipulation, which could make it obvious where she's using her power. This ability goes down several paths, with several more sub-abilities attached. All of which will be described here. An ability Sylvia can learn is that she can generate sound waves out of anywhere on her body, she can create, literally, any sound. As long as there's people around to hear it; she can create her own songs, or even create voices out of thin air. She can do this the same way as Sound Manipulation, just by thinking about it. Which gives her quite a bit of potential in tricking people. Other than that; her sound wave generation is almost exactly like her regular sound manipulation. Another ability Sylvia can learn is basically a controlled form of enhanced hearing, she can turn this power on and off. She can enhance her hearing to god-like levels. Using her other abilities, she can filter out unwanted sounds and hear one specific sound. Sylvia has an invisible aura around herself that makes her immune to the negative effects of sound and vibrations. it is impossible for her hearing to be damaged no matter how loud she makes sound, and vibrations will never disorient her. This also extends to whatever items she has, and even other people if she can focus enough.

[i]Soundwave Vision.[/i] Next up is a support ability for her Sound Manipulation. Which will make it easier for her to control and alter sound. She can activate a special vision which allows her to see all Sound Waves in sight, and perceive them. And by perceive; I mean that if she looks at a sound hard enough, she'll be able to tell what exactly the sound is. She'll be able to see the sound waves of everything that's makes sound. Sound Waves appear as curved, wavy lines, that travel from the source, staying in place for a few minutes before disappearing. These waves are various colors, flashing brighter depending on how loud they are. Which can easily allow Sylvia to go track the source of the sound. Giving her enhanced tracking abilities. While this may have limited uses, she can learn a few tricks that can assists her greatly in Sound Manipulation, by helping her alter specific sounds. It also leads into another use of her Sound Manipulation. Which she can only use while using her Sound Vision. Now comes the fun part. Sylvia can alter Sound Waves at an even greater level, only with her Sound Vision. Giving her the ability to control where they exactly go. To explain; Sylvia can alter the path of sound. For example, she can make a sound go in a straight line, opposed to all around her, and only those in the sound wave's path can hear it. Sylvia can even cause sound to go in a loop. Potentially giving her the ability to use the loudest of attacks and no allies would have their hearing affected, and trick people with sound, or send messages that only those she wants to can hear. She can also control how far sound goes. Potentially making even the quietest of all sounds travel far enough to be heard from miles - And vice-versa, you should get the picture by now.

[i]Sound Bombs.[/i] Sylvia can make her body absorb sound, and build them up in her body, causing the area to go deaf during the buildup period. When she releases these sounds, they are released as insanely loud and powerful blasts of pure sound that are very similar to sonic-booms. These blasts are like explosions that go in all directions, but she can focus it all into one blast (That'll send her flying). She can control the force of these blasts, she can go from an uncomfortably loud blast that his like a punch, to sending people flying with bloody ear drums. At it's strongest it can shatter steel, destroy walls, and destroy people's hearing. This is her main ability she uses in fights.

[b]Weaknesses/Limitations/Drawbacks:[/b] Sylvia's has a few drawbacks. For starters, use of her power starts to gradually weaken the moment she starts using it, along with dulling her own sense of hearing, and silences her voice. At the most extreme, it can render her mute, deaf, and powerless for a few hours. That is not fun. Sylvia's Sound Bombs require a lot of sound in order for her to use it, in most cases, music. She usually relies on her iPod, but if you strip her of her iPod, she can't use her most destructive ability. Sylvia's sound bombs can injure her at their most extreme, it's possible for her to crush her body parts. If she focuses her blasts into one attack, she'll send herself flying, and possibly hit an object and injure herself. Generally, Sylvia's power is extremely destructive in a fight, too destructive. She can injure allies and destroy unwanted property. Air and Vibration powers can interfere with her own power.

[b][u]Other:[/u][/b] Sylvia has been attending the Academy for two years, and has already become one of the top arena fighters.
