Kieran had awoken the the serene calls of the abundant avian forest life. After shaking the sleep from his eyes, he sat up in the tree, now in his elven form. His eyes flicked down to Cana who was also now awake and chewing on a rabbit's leg. Noticing his stirring, she looked up and offered a prime piece of the meat out of respect for him. "No thank you, Cana. You can eat your kill in peace." he said to his lupine companion. With eyes closed and legs crossed, the druid would appear to be in deep prayer or meditation perched up in the tree. It was a form of prayer, you could say. Although Kieran agreed with much of the dogma of Obad-Hai, his drow blood kept him from strictly adhering to the true neutral nature deity's ways. Nature itself was his religion instead, and he spent every morning communing with her, preparing his spells for the day. This was the way of the druid. A snapping branch interrupted his moment of peace and he looked down to see the barbarian woman awake and walking somewhere. With interest, he finished his prayers and hopped down from the tree to follow her. Being more beast than man, her nakedness did not bother him, not in the slightest. All creatures were born that way, humanoids were the only ones strange enough to change it. "It is good to see that I will not be the only one to wake before the sun throughout our journey." he said choppily in the Common tongue, which came less naturally to him than Druidic, Elven, or Sylvan.
