Its a windows computer, right? If it is, go to www.bleepingcomputer.com and get Roguekiller, run that and tel me what it finds. Also make sure to use it to clean your dns/hosts/ext... that might also help. DNS problems can be a looot of things. Might as well fix the one I know of via software without looking at the error logs.
