Jarvan was ready to attack the Cruicable commander Storm when he shot Vladimir with his fingerpistol, but when he saw some idiots run out of the bar and get totally wasted he calmed down and considered what to do. Obviously if he attacked then he would just be killed or captured, so there was nothing he could do, there was no way that he wanted to stick around here and follow and the Cruicable codes and registrations and get a liscense.

That wasn't how things were supposed to work around here and no way he was gonna work for someone who took out Vladimir. Jarvan ran away in anger, there was nothing he could do here but he hated to run away from a fight, he had to find someway to fix this, someway to fight the Cruciable.

Maybe, maybe there was something or someone on the ship that had crashed down somewhere on the island. If he could beat the Cruciable there while they were busy taking over the town and taking out anyone who resisted he might find something there to help.
