Kindle flinched as he felt the touch of another person on him, he couldn't help it. He wasn't touched much by others except in accidental bumps, and Kindle didn't like it in general. His body tensed, Kindle looked up to see a girl, no, a goddess looking down upon him. He'd seen her around before, and from what he'd she was Persephone, queen of the underworld. Kindle stared up, dumbstruck. Why would anyone, let alone a goddess want to talk to him? Kindle was even more surprised when she pulled him off the ground, intending to take him somewhere. He didn't particularly want to go along, which was made worse by the fact that the goddess was dragging him by his hand. Kindle's meek manner prevented him from protesting, and it's not like he could refuse the goddess without angering her, and that's the last thing he wanted to do. So without much of a choice, Kindle followed along behind her. Where were they going? Had Kindle done something wrong, angered the gods somehow, and was now being unwittingly led to his doom? Kindle doubted this theory, though anxiety began to run through him. He was just about to open his mouth to ask when they burst through the trees, arriving in the orchid. Kindle lost his breath at the sight of the orchid, it was really... quiet. The isolated nature of the orchid made Kindle feel alone, but in a different way then his usual loneliness, and the feeling scared him. Nevertheless, it was peaceful there, though not the kind of peace that made Kindle feel comfortable. Kindle remained silent, not responding to much of what Persephone said. He snapped out of his silence when Persephone said her last statement. He was still in a mood, and more than anything he needed to be alone. "I-I... T-Thank you.." Kindle said, turning his back and moving towards the exit of the orchid. He muttered a few intelligible apologizes before escaping, heading towards his cabin. He felt a choking sensation in his throat, and he stepped up his pace. He was being a dork, but right now he really just needed to find the small amount of solace that was his room. Upon getting into his cabin, Kindle leaned against the door for a moment before turning and locking it. Collapsing on his bed, Kindle would pull the thick blankets of his bed over his body, covering even his face. He felt exhausted, more tired than he had in awhile, which was probably due to the large amount of sleepless nights that he'd had over the last month. Surprisingly, he fell asleep immediately, into another night of restless sleep and bad dreams.
