Ah. I've been researching black holes actually a d none of that is true. Not exactly at least. A black hole is the result of a dying star. Even a tiny black hole would have an event horizon somewhere in the area of Neptune and that's just not feasible. There's a lot of theory and such but the basic point is he'll keep trying but he'll never actually be able to create a black hole. 

I mean to start with he would actually need to compress matter as much as ten times the mass of the sun in order to make it. So yeah he won't do it but he will keep trying, just for fun. :)
