Connor rolled his eyes slightly at Gaspard's attitude, "Hadn't I just pointed out Mr. D is also the god of madness amoung other things? Just because he chooses to look a certain way to us doesn't make him any less a god." Connor shrugged, "But do what you will." He said as Gaspard walked by to get a drink. As soon as Gaspard was out of sight Connor noticed a drastic change with the supposedly sloshed girl. "What?" She asked giving him a look and raising an eyebrow. When it finally clicked just what she was doing he couldn't help himself, a laugh escape his lips. "Nothing," He said with a grin, "I think I actually like you a bit better now, smart to get someone else to do the actual rule breaking." Connor never minded rule breaking, mischief raising, rabble rousing or the like, but when it was impressionable fresh meat, or defying a direct order from one of the gods, well he hated seeing people with potential getting snuffed out early because others encouraged recklessness. But for her to be clever enough to manipulate someone else like that, and a child of Hecate none the less, that was pretty impressive. "A word of warning, from one con to another, crossing other demigods is never the best move, and you may want to wait a bit before you do. The cabins in this camp have alliances, and getting on the wrong side of your brothers and sisters for trashing an alliance that they worked hard for is never the best idea. They know where you live." He said with a wink. He looked around, the party was dying down, now quite a bit, people were leaving left and right, now was as good a time as any for him to head back to the cabin. "I think I'm going to head back to Hermes cabin, I'll see you around camp." And with that he turned and started walking away. He didn't want to be standing there when Gaspard got back. If he was he might feel obligated to warn the poor guy he was being duped, having a demigod owe you one was never a bad thing, but then crossing a child of Ares always was bad so it would have been a lose lose situation.
