There's no particular order. Dragonslayers are recognized at a young age, and therefore trained, in most cases. Of course some cases may differ. Dragonslayers organizing varies. Some are loners, some band together, it depends on the individuals.

Personality: Lily is a serious girl who feels she has a serious duty. Her life, she feels, has the purpose of slaying dragons. She dedicates her entire being to slaying dragons, and in combat carries a cold rage towards her enemies. This manifests as intense focus and a vicious combat style. Outside of fighting, Lily alternates from being distant to others and, sometimes when she is feeling good, attempting to be friendly. However, Lily is rather socially awkward and her attempts to be friendly are usually rather clumsy and misguided. Lily unhesitatingly kills humans if they threaten others who are innocent, just as unhesitatingly as she slays dragons. She feels that any enemy of the innocent deserves no mercy, be they human-like or otherwise.
Brief Backstory: Lily was an orphan on the streets of Ahlunda's capital city of Maison. Her earliest memories were of fire and darkness. An old warrior, one day, recognized her as a young Dragonslayer, and took her in off the streets to raise and train so that she could do battle with the draconic monsters. He was old, but strong, and had participated in many missions to slay dragons in spite of not being a Dragonslayer himself. He taught Lily the ways of the sword, and how best to slay many dragons. However, this life left her with little social interaction. In spite of this, he tried to instill feelings of justice, and kindness to the innocent, in the young girl. At age sixteen, Lily was given her trainer's immense, powerful weapon, the Drakecleaver. It was only a few days later that a dragon suddenly appeared in Maison, and attacked. Its attack took Lily's trainer's life. In a rage, she attacked and slew the monster, cutting its head clean from its body. It was from here that she left Maison to slay dragons.
Abilities: Lily is a fast-moving, vicious fighter. In spite of the gigantic size of her sword, Lily can wield it one-handed, and due to her nature as a Dragonslayer she can still move at top speed, as if she was unencumbered. However, the weight of her sword assists her in combat, as each easy swing also carries the massive weight of of her huge blade behind it. Lily's fighting style also features numerous leaps and acrobatic feats, using her huge sword as an offensive defense so that she may spin and keep enemies away with the weapon.
Equipment: Lily wears relatively light armor, using the bracers on her arms to block attacks. She also wields an immense blade called the Drakecleaver. It is both heavy and incredibly sharp, allowing it to slice through her targets with ease.
