Pretty much. Also I have plenty of exploration to do in reference to the ownership of Japan. Needless to say: it ain't peaceful. And a large, organized, Army corp of Engineers can also feed on into public service with the maintenance of Chinese infrastructure, giving out peace-time jobs based paid on the pretense of public service. So they may be on the military registry but not necessarily receiving pay at that time: but they're certainly working and getting pay from another department.

There could also be the possibility that I have yet to demobilize.
