Yeah, not to mention they both are from the same language as well...

Edit: Also, I've decided to nerf Saila's Cerebral power a tiny bit. 
It shouldn't really change much, other than clarify that Red's ability should work perfectly fine in spite of it.
Felt a bit "Meh" otherwise.
