Necromancy needn't be the manipulation of [i]human[/i] corpses. It also has its own dedicated class, which likely has a supply of materials for the usage of students and teachers.

I'm quite sure there are cadavers or other bits of flesh to use somewhere, for the likes of making flesh/blood golems. If not, there are beasts in the forest to... "use".
