I'm not so sure about Teleportation... I never am in RPs. I'd be fine with the phasing through objects and walking horizontally up vertical surfaces is fine. 

I got that info from the wiki so I'm not entirely sure on the info. 

Still that doesn't mean teleporting is completely out. I'd be willing to hear you out.
