Edit: Please include [url=http://www.7cupsoftea.com/]this[/url] in the "Suicidal thoughts and/or hurting yourself", it's a nice place to unload before things get too tense (not during it though, hotlines are still way better). I was part of the community before my life got a little more busy. There are nice people willing to listen to you whenever you feel stress :)
