Each guard probably has a taser as standard gear unless they're in a high-security area. Then they'd get a pistol and a taser. The armory, of course, has more lethal weaponry - shotguns, rifles, tear gas, riot shields and body armor. And, of course, there's various experimental weapons scattered in remote labs around the complex.

As for enhancements, only the higher-up security personnel would have anything. Probably more on the biological side of things than the cybernetic side.
