Oops. Sorry people, I don't check my threads very often, hence the PM me part of the Interest Check. 

At the moment, I am closing this thread. I have quite a few that are starting to get off the ground. If I end up having any of them fall through and get some more time freed up, I will try PMing those of you who have responded to this thread, if you end up still be interested.
