The Doctor(9th) walked out of theTARDIS. He was going to a council meeting. He locked the door and took his seat waiting for everyone else.

Lex looked over all the files he had hidden and secret plans. He closed the program and went to the meeting. He sat downand said "doctor....nice ot see your here..."
