Aria tittered nervously, blushing rather intensely as she made her way back to her table. She hastily shoved textbooks into her already-stuffed backpack. Oh my god, what did you do, Aria?! She took her seat, not meeting Garry's eyes. She tried to say something, she really did, but she kept stumbling over her tongue until finally she gave up and took a sip of her iced coffee. "Sorry, I'm not usually this tongue-tied... I...um...I... ugh, sorry. I was wondering if... um... You wanted to work on the AP biology project with me? I mean I'd understand if you didn't but you don't have a partner yet and I don't have a partner yet either and the collaboration piece is half of our grade.." she trailed off as she realized just how much she was babbling. She probably looked like a bumbling idiot, sitting there yammering about biology when what she really wanted to do was have a personal conversation with the kid. He'd been in several of her classes, as she was rather advanced in school, but she'd never really done more than say hi when she passed him in the halls. But he'd always fascinated her, and she'd desperately wanted to get to know him. And now was her chance and she was destroying it.
