Blitzwing continued his rather random dance, until his head swiveled again. He was now in his "Icy" blue faced mode, and he reached down into one of his storage compartments on his waist. He pulled out what looked like to be a massive book, at least for a human. It was just the right size as a small pocket book for a 40 foot cybertronian. The book was labeled 'Important stuff', and inside was a list of names and faces. They were all the known council members that he had been charged with protecting. "Interesting, it seems zat she vas one of zem." He said, looking at a picture of the girl he nearly crushed. "No matter, vat's done is done" He then continued down the street towards the direction he had been previously headed.

(Meanwhile, with Starscream)

The self-proclaimed leader of the Decepticons had been quite busy. After remodeling the facility to create Energon, he had encountered a few problems. Notably, the [i]pathetic[/i] humans had gotten reinforcements. Now it wasn't too much of a threat, except they had gotten better arms. A couple of times he had to aim use a few cluster bombs at a armored vehicle or two. They exploded in a spectacular fashion, a direct result of his superior armament. "Pathetic humans, never learn" he said to no one in particular as he waited for his Energon to be ready.

A few minutes later and it was done. He had a good 4 cube of glowing pinkish colored Energon ready to be used. Picking them up, he transformed into his jet form, and they were automatically stored as he did so. His engines roared to life as he took off into the sky. However, he wasn't done yet. After flying for a good distance, he turned back until he faced the facility head on. Once he was level he launched a pair of missiles right at the facility, each one targeting a particularly explosive part of the refinery. Banking off, he managed to avoid the massive explosion that ultimately would spell the end of the facility. Numerous guards, technicians and emergency responders would be killed by the blast, and it would no doubt would burn for quite a while before being put out. As he left, he let out a villainous laugh. "No one is a match for the speed and power of [i]Starscream[/i]" he taunted the humans as he left. If he couldn't use the facility, then no one could!
