I thought I should mention that one of my characters is mixed Sarifen and Valanian, though an entirely different character and position in life (my blacksmith apprentice). Not quite half and half though, I imagine her family lived near the border so there was mixing due to that

Also trying to work if my blacksmith apprentice or my Sarifen soldier could have connections with anyone else characters... Hmm
