Ikumi smiles before being taken away. She gets put to sleep for the work. When she wakes up she feels where the cut had been and feels it is fine but it is a bit strange. She looks up at them. "We have sewn the cut up and you will have a scar but you will be fine in a few weeks."
She opens her mouth to reply but is unable to say a thing.
"Ah yes.. About that... Well you cant really talk....Ever.. again... He stabbed you in the voice box so we cannot fix that."
Ikumi starts crying. She can never say Hello again. She would prove them wrong. She was determined to get her voice back. She nods and leaves into the waiting room to find Kenzi. She smiles when she sees her. She opens her mouth to say "Hey" But nothing comes. [i] This will be alot of work. [/i] she thinks to herself.
