Name: Jesse Ferriera Age: 29 Apperance: A slim build that belies his endurance, he has shoulder-length, wavy black hair, dark brown eyes, naturally tan skin and is 5' 11" in height. He wears a trimmed goatee and a serious expression. His usual choice of attire is a brown leather tunic and white breeches, which affords him reasonable protection and good freedom of movement. Around his wrist is a bracelet inset with a valuable sapphire; his family heirloom. He dons a blade of the finest tempered steel, a similar sapphire set in the hilt of the sword, which he sheathes in a surprisingly plain scabbard at his hip. Personality: As the prince of a faraway kingdom that is now in ruin, Jesse is a withdrawn, serious man, but nonetheless fair and honorable. He distrusts mostly everyone at first, finding solace in others only through their loyalty to him. Those who were or are close to him would suggest that he has an amount of self-confidence that would border on an inflated ego, and as a result he has demands respect; anything less is usually an offense to him. Despite that, he is slow to anger and easily see's past the lies of others. Bio: Raised in a nameless kingdom in a land across the sea, Jesse's father and king was a careless, foolish man, who would set the stage for the eventual downfall of his kingdom. His mother on the other hand was a caring, good-natured woman who tried her best to save the king from himself. It was not to be. The kingdom was in tremendous debt to another, and the king's nonchalant nature sparked a short, bloody war that left the kingdom in utter ruin. Villages burned, many people fied while others fled, the kingdom was completely deserted. Jesse's mother was lost along the way during his attempt to escape, and he decided to make peace with it instead of going back and risking his own life. He fled across the sea to a new land where he found a new kingdom, and to this day, he doesn't know whether his dear mother is alive or dead. And to this day he stills tells himself that he has successfuly put it all behind him.
