Kargan and most of his forces would be roughly northwest, @Lupus, you can have him and his forces still be residing at Fort Orion if you wish.

Either way Fel is currently conquering the other side of the world with a mashup of the occasional Tzeentchian/Slaaneshi/Khornate reinforcements. Do not worry, my plans will slowly bring you all together...one way or another.
