 Magitech is Not Really A Thing. According to Cynder, it exists but isn't used since technology in Lucis is incredibly low-tech and Earth's stuff is apparently just better. Anyway, from here on, just assume everything regarding magitech or advanced technology basically has a big *MAGITECH IS NOT LIKE THAT* or *LUCIS IS NOT THAT ADVANCED* stapled onto it.
[b]MagiTech is not the imitation of one by the other, but the seamless blending of the two, The reason Leo has access to that (As I have said) is his Uncle is an inventor ect, I should have made this clear, but his Uncle is of Earth. That would be how he has access.[/b]

Okay, so there's a few problems here:1) Mana crystals render being born a mage completely and utterly obsolete. They recharge the exact same way as natural mana, can change their alignment, and you can amass a crapload over time. So... Completely surpassing natural sources of mana.
[b]Size limits charge, Also they have a reuse limit, keep re-using a rechargeable battery and it will eventually break down. Same with these mana crystals. Also the crystals themselves are unaligned, its the technology within the axe that changes the alignment of the magic[/b]

2) Cynder doesn't like assault rifles in fantasy settings, which is what Lucis is.

3) Mana Bomb is a no. When you have a weapon that uses a Hydrogen bomb as a measuring stick and can annihilate a town and only needs a simple reload to do again... Well, then you have a balance problem.
[b]I said uses the same tech as, Not that it was comparable to. also its called 'last resort' for a reason. as for 'simple reload' the mana crystals are embedded inside the axe and machinery, Meaning he would have to disassemble the entire thing, In combat. to replace its crystals. Also, it is of variable power, that is only if the mana crystals are at full charge, often this is used when they are almost out, so it'll do a lot less[/b]

4) Please explain to me how a gun fires magic circles.
[b]Its not technically a gun, More a catalyst, Think of it like a wand. He cannot use magic on his own, though he has untapped stores of mana, (due to him being, well a Trifling). The 'gun' allows him to catalyse that mana in to actual spells.[/b]

5) The alternate firing mode strikes me as less 'nonlethal' and more 'neurologically crippling' than anything.
[b]Have you ever stood up and got head rush? the gun disrupts the electronic signals in your head, and does exactly the same thing as headrush but on a much grander scale, Thus knocking you out, It's only short range, and because doesn't damage the neurons or electronic pathways you get back up in a hour or so with nothing more than a headache, and probably a bruise if you fell in something. [/b]

6) Hydrogen fuel cells will blow you to shreds if anyone gets to them. Also, hydrogen cells, especially miniaturized, are not available at your local Lucismart.

7) Chakra/Chi/Ki = Mana. Not sure how your suit works if you have something that disrupts it. Also, it no-sells magic which is Not A Good Thing.
[b]Ah, I always felt that Chakra/chi/Ki was a internal alignment of your own energy flow to enhance ones attacks and defence (Think Monk), Where as Mana was the reaction of the release of internal energy occurring outside the body upon contact with external energy. However if in this Mythos they are one and the same I'll take it off. 'no-sells magic' I couldnt understand[/b]

8) Lucisean power armor is Not A Thing.Inventor or not, Lucis doesn't get Earth-level tech unless you've stolen it or are part of the black market/a scientific institution. Hell, they barely understand .And before anything is said, I doubt an inventor working for a scientific institute is going to give his nephew all the snazzy prototypes.

Considering the rest of the CS, Leo is hardly a 'Jack of all Trades, Master of None' and more just a 'Master of All',

 and 'Recklessness' isn't a weakness when you have an answer to pretty much everything, outmatched or otherwise.

Its not just recklessness, its a utter disregard for the certainty of his own life and wellbeing. He feels, he can replace any part of his body lost in combat with a magitech version. and thus has no care for his own safety. I'd say that's a pretty big weakness, as you'd expect he won't be with his armour all the time. [/b]

 Since I'm not a fan of meaningless disadvantages, please add some actual weaknesses.

I think that covers everything, I would have used a standard Battle cleric, but there was already a battle-mage and the two are far to similar. If the OP is hyper opposed to MagiTech's I'll just drop in a monk or a Bio-Weapon.
