Anyway I plan on making either my Scorch/Storm Character or a seperate for each of them.

Expect a lot of customs from me! Also, my character Kasai will have a bunch of customs. 

He specializes in Kenjutsu, Taijutsu, and his KKG. Expect me to make a lot of customs for Kasai.

So here are my reservations:

-Scorch/Shakuton Release

-Kuchiyose: Dragons (Summoning Jutsu)

-Dragon's Eye (custom Dojutsu)

- Kurai Arashi, Lightning counter-part of Kasai. (May merge with Kasai Arashi)

-An Ice Manip Character

-Uchiha

Also, will death be permanent? (At least for people w/ limited clans and limited Special Bloodline techniques like Scorch)
