Rose also helped out around Torchwood by translating some things that the team couldn't understand without being inside the TARDIS. Even out it for as long as she had been, Rose found she could understand some languages of aliens which had helped her team out even coming up with a peace negotiation with Gwen with a particular group of aliens that just wanted to live in peace.
Ianto smiles as Jack curled against his warmth glad that he was of some help for the man that he loved. It wasn't easy knowing that Jack would live a long time alone but he was adament that he make many memories for him to look back on in warmth and a bit of happiness.
