This RP, as of this point, is indeed open. But CS's will be judged by a group of GMs, and should be written up to the standard.

...Do keep in mind of the thread's placement. Though it should be 'brief'... a word doesn't suffice. The point is to write up a base, which shall be developed during the RP. Buuuuuut, we'll gladly help you write more.
