[b]@ Everyone[/b] - Just wanted to say that as the plot unfolds, I do intend to expand on the various locations within Voltas. I am also giving everyone creative freedom in shaping Voltas and its existing institutions. The city's seen better days and is reminiscent of Renaissance Paris so be on the lookout for certain Altaean versions of various landmarks and wonders 8).
